I seem to be having quite a lucky year. In January I won a Vegetarian Living competition and was rather surprised when a Lush box dropped on my doorstep. Well, would you believe, just last Saturday I awoke and checked my Twitter only to see that I’d won a box of chocolates from the lovely Mike & Kim over at Fats and Bird!

These weren’t just any chocolate though. Oh no. For these ones, Lindt have recreated no less than seven popular desserts in bite-sized chocolate form. I’m already a huge fan of Lindor and the magical way they melt in your mouth but I haven’t tried too many of their other chocolatey offerings. I certainly wasn’t disappointed here… The results are heavenly – even upon opening the box the caramelly, vanilla smell hits you.Each of the seven varieties has it’s own distinct flavour and texture. The brownie is gooey and almost cake-y; the fondant chocolate oozes with its rich filling; the mille-feuille has delicate praline giving it both crunch and nuttiness.I couldn’t resist sharing a little peek and a huge recommendation with you. Needless to say, with my sweet tooth, they haven’t lasted too long over here.
